Nevertheless, $2 was all that a homeless person in Memphis, Tennessee had when he walked into Huey’s. Huey’s is a popular joint in Memphis and they are popular for their burgers. It is almost fifty years now that Huey’s is standing there serving the local community. Tucker Beck was on duty when this homeless guy walked in and sat in front of him. It was 97 degrees Fahrenheit outside, so when he saw this homeless guy, Beck thought that he must have stepped in to save himself from the scorching heat outside. It seemed that he was starving. He asked Beck that what he could get for $2. At Huey’s, even French Fries cost more than $2. Still, Beck asked the man what he wants to have. Beck offered him a burger along with onion rings and a pitcher full of ice-cold water. Beck had done his job of serving a homeless food and thought he was done with it. However, Dawn Wilt, a woman at the bar, thought otherwise. She took a picture of Beck working in the bar and posted it on social media along with the story of him serving a homeless. Within no time, her post went viral. One of Beck’s friend commented on the post where he said that his friend is like that only. Beck always gives out things and goes out of his way to help others even when he doesn’t have it. When you are losing faith in humanity, people like Beck restore your faith back. We need more and more people like Beck to make this world a beautiful place. On the other hand, when everybody is singing praise about Beck, he doesn’t think that he has done something extraordinary. Nevertheless, then he realized that in today’s world there is a dearth of good news, so when one odd incident comes by, people start talking about it even more.
