INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your (“you”, “your”, “user”) use of the products and services offered on the website located at watchjojo.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by watchjojo (“watchjojo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Site features watchjojo’s proprietary recommendation technology and related services (collectively, the “Service”), which may be used on the Site, on your own website, or on affiliated websites through software code we may provide from time to time. If you use the Service on your site, you will be referred to as a “Partner” and must follow these Terms.
By accessing or using any part of the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Service. Your use of the Site and Service is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms, to the exclusion of all other terms. The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, either acting on their own behalf or as authorized representatives of a business. If you do not meet this requirement, do not use the Service.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF USE
We may make minor updates to these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, provided they do not negatively affect your rights in a material way. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the modified Terms.

The Service provides you with content recommendations, including news articles, images, software, audio clips, video clips, and more (“Content”). Some content may be paid promotions (“Promoted Content”). These generate promotional revenue (“Promotional Revenue”) for the Site. Unregistered users receive the default recommendation functionality. Registered users may manage settings via the watchjojo Dashboard (see Section 6).
